Atlanta Leasing Academy was founded with one mission in mind: to prepare aspiring leasing professionals, independent rental owners and property management specialists for successful, rewarding careers in the multifamily and single-family housing industry.
Founded by Nikki Tyson, a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM-2023), and former Housing Authority Administrator, the Academy is built on more than 17 years of hands-on experience managing conventional, affordable, government-assisted, single-family, and multifamily housing portfolios throughout Georgia.
Throughout her career, Nikki has held leadership positions overseeing housing operations, compliance, portfolio performance, leasing, budgeting, property inspections, vendor management, and staff development. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on both the operational and compliance sides of property management. Her training style is designed to provide practical skills that employers are looking for—from leasing techniques and Fair Housing compliance to resident relations, property operations, customer service excellence, and career development.
